Andrea B. Sherwin Playground Operating Fund A Project of Institute for Well-Being

Provide a Place to Learn and Play

Andrea Sherwin devoted her adult life to helping persons with injuries or disabilities live fuller lives and taught occupational therapy students the same skills and compassion. The Andrea B. Sherwin Playground at the Institute for Well-Being is named in her memory. With a unique rubber tile surface that helps ensure safety, the playground provides a place for children – especially those with disabilities – to play and develop motor-sensory skills. It's a realization of Dr. Sherwin's passion.

How Can You Help?

A gift to the playground provides for its maintenance and enhancement, and ensures its continued positive impact on children in our community. You'll support children with disabilities in play activities, and help raise awareness of the importance of those activities as well. Lend them your help with a gift!
